Welcome Political Science 1 students!
Many adjunct students comment that one hour in the group meeting is not enough time to cover all the the materials and questions. Here is a place for you to extend the group conversation by posting questions, answers, and comments for your group members and your tutor. Some students may want to use this board to plan extra group meeting or arrange a time to review for a test.
HOW TO POST:
- Scroll to the text box below the last message on this page
- Type your message
- Click on the Post Response button.

(1) What is the best way to handle one person who doesn't stop asking questions?
(2) Class marterial is pretty straight forwad, What is a good way to cover it without losing the interest of the group?
(3) Should I promote meeting outside of the study groups?

Hello, everyone! This is jing Li.My three questions are:
1, some students look like already know everything, whenever I
ask them do they need any help, they always say NO. What should I do?
2, A few students do not study at all, they don't have any question is
because they couldn't come up with any questions, how can I help them
and let them study?
3, How can I make the meeting more fun?

Hello there. Here are my three questions:
1. Students are not actively participating in the discussion process.
Most of them just sit back and copy the notes. i was like "lecturing"
during the whole session. how could i alleviate this situation?
2. Students tend to just know about their examination material but not
seek for the knowledge about politics, what should i do to arouse their
interest in political science?
3. How can i establish good relationship and mutualism with students in
adjunct class? since there are 7-8 students in a class, I cannot
explore into respective problems of every single one.
