Payne's text describes some very interesting points but is probably still missing some others.

What is an essay? An essay is not only a way to express a personal opinion but as well an attempt to persuade the reader that this personal opinion is the right one. A published essay, turned in to a teacher or even posted on a blog is known by the author that it will be read. And every author writes not for himself but to be appreciated. How often when you wrote a paper, you checked the spelling, the grammar, the style? Why would you do it if not for your audience?

So, if an essay includes a part of politically-correct-arguments-to-flirt-with-the-audience, how much of this essay is truly a personal opinion? In my blog "Sorry", I didn't mention the name of this person. But in reality, I wish I could yell this name loud enough for her to hear it but I can't. I have to flirt with the audience, I have to make sure that I won't make them uncomfortable, and I have to lie.

An essay is not a personal opinion; it's only a politically correct opinion, often far from the personal opinion. I am only able to reach personal opinions when I am alone at night where nobody see me or hear me. I won't hesitate to yell her name loud, to let tears falling down on my pillow and to plan ways to stop the suffering. But none of my essay will ever be able to show all those feelings.

Third, follow these steps:

Go to the News Item page: http://group.deanza.fhda.edu/your_name/newsItems/edit/new
Add your blog (News Item)
Click on "Create News Item"
Click on "Post to Home Page"

How to activate the calendar on your homepage?

Third, follow these steps:

Go to Prefs => Appearance
Do you want a calendar on your home page? (yes)
