COURSES - FALL 2009

EARLY REGISTRATION FOR ELIGIBLE HONORS STUDENTS FOR FALL QUARTER WILL BE ON JULY 30, 2009.

Below are the Honors courses offered for Fall 2009. The list is tentative and will be updated as I receive more information.

THE PROCESS FOR HONORS COHORTS HAS CHANGED, SO PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. YOU WILL NEED TO CHOOSE WHETHER YOU TAKE THE CLASS FOR HONORS CREDIT BY THE FIRST WEEK OF INSTRUCTION.

A CORE course consists of 25 students, most of whom are enrolled in the Honors Program. You only need to register for the class and there is no more paperwork to complete.

A COHORT course is a regular course that is transformed into an Honors course. Register for the regular course; then by the first week of class, obtain an "add code" from your instructor for the Honors section. Drop your regular section and add the Honors section using the add code before the last day to add, Friday, September 26, 2008.

You may NOT take a class for Honors credit unless it is noted below.
