Latest reports have confirmed the sighting of the man who goes by the name Kin, whose real name is Xiang Qin, has been spotted loitering around redwood city DMV at 11am on thursday, 4th Mar. There has been numerous witness account of him getting into a car with a middle-age lady. She was seen giving directions while he was driving around the area. He was driving a dark blue '92 toyota corolla, which has been confirmed to be a vietnamese, a part-time driving instructor. After 17minutes, the suspect was seen driving back into DMV with a sadistic smile on his face, little is known why he was not laughing out loud as he would in many occasion reported by his victims.

We would like to warn all walking pedestrians who will be walking along the roads between homestead and De Anza College to be wary of the suspect in his car. His new car model has set been determined, but he is expected to be shopping for a new arsenal before the end of the weekend.
